Expenditure book for the Massachusetts arsenal, 1914-1916.

The adjutant general of the Commonwealth, as executive administrator of the state's Military Establishment, has general superintendency over military stores and property. This series invoices and describes various military stores supplied by the General Storekeeper (Quartermaster General's Dept.) to the commanding officers of various vessels and divisions of the Massachusetts Naval Militia (M.N.M.).
